How to update the firmware?
Note: If everything works fine with your mouse. Please don’t update the firmware. There is a chance it can damage your mouse.
WARNING: ONLY FOR Keychron M1 USERS
Please follow the instructions correctly to flash the firmware.
1. Download the correct firmware for your operating system.
2. Make sure your mouse is connected to the PC with the cable that came with the box only. If you are using a third party cable, please make sure the cable can pass data as some cables can only be used for charging.
3. Make sure only the Keychron mouse is connected to your computer. If other mouse are connected to your computer, the firmware of these mouse might also be flashed. If you have multiple Keychron mouses, please flash the firmware one by one. Do not plug all of the mouses to the computer at the same time.
4. Now, you can start running the firmware update file.

- Fixed the bottom DPI button that was causing DPI malfunction when pressed too fast.

Keychron M1 firmware v1.22 includes bug fixes and updates for the Keychron M1 mouse:
- After the computer restarted or waked up from sleep mode, the M1 mouse might need to be reconnected to the computer in order to be used.
- The DPI of the M1 mouse might change when using the M1 mouse.
