Shipping policy

1. We offer the choice of shipping using standard or express of Aupost eparcel service. Shipping and delivery of orders will be in accordance with the delivery terms of the Third Party Couriers.

2. We aim to ship all orders, where products are in stock, within 1-2 business days.

3. Claims for damage in transit, incorrect delivery of incorrect item receipt mus be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery and the goods returned to us within 14 days if approval. There is no cover offered for issues reported after this time frame
